At WAFAA, we value the immense contribution that immigrants provide to our New Jersey businesses, communities and more. We offer legal services for immigration including representation, assistance and legal consultation. All cases that are brought to WAFFA have the upmost confidentiality, whether the client has legal immigration status or is undocumented.

DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) eligibility
Understanding your right to Due-Process as an immigrant

We also offer immigration services as well as screening 250 clients a year for well-being.
